You should bring
- Completed degree or a comparable training such as a certified technician (specializing in electrical engineering)
- At least one to two years of experience in product management
- Good sales skills, technical understanding and secure communication skills when negotiating at a high technical level
- In-depth knowledge in the area of voice alarms (knowledge of standards in the area: EN 54-16, EN 54-4, DIN 14675, DIN VDE 0833-4 would be an advantage)

Your tasks
You will never completely lose the practical relevance through your support in the customer project, which is always involved in the familiarization and in everyday life, as well as the independent processing of certain project plans. You oversee the product portfolio across all life cycles and a. internal and external product training.

Installation Project Manager
Qualification and Experience
You have a degree in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or physics. You are enthusiastic to develop and build new machines and have acquired some professional experience in this area. Profound language skills in English are mandatory, German is an asset. You are familiar with modern project management tools and engineering software. You are a known team player and have extraordinary communication skills.

As project manager, you coordinate and support the installation on site in Lund of two neutron scattering instruments. The instruments are currently designed and constructed in Garching, in close collaboration with our partners in Switzerland and France. You are responsible for the coordination and oversight of the installation of the instrument ODIN on site in Lund, including the definition of installation packages, compilation of required documentation, coordination with ESS as well as with international suppliers. You are part of an international team and play a key role in the successful installation of worldwide unique scientific instrumentation. Frequent travel and communication with international partners are major duties of your employment.

Project Manager – Construction
Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in construction or engineering
• Project Management Certification (PMP preferred) 5+ years minimum in managing complex projects or organizational change programs; ideally this would be in the engineering, construction, logistics or e-commerce sectors.
• Excellent collaborator with experience working across complex organisations, along with internal and external partners
• Good knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in commercial buildouts.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook, Microsoft Project knowledge as user, Cloud based databases user and management skills, AutoCAD Viewer and AutoCAD basic skills, previous contact with “Tableau” would be valuable. Training will be provided in other in house and client software.
• Fluent spoken and written English plus fluency in the European language relevant to the country of employment. Additional language capabilities relevant to the countries that we operate in will be preferred: French, German, Spanish, Polish, Italian is a plus.
